Microsoft has confirmed that they are working on a fix for the 0x80073701 error error that users are receiving when installing new v1903 updates. The error code is 0x8024200D and 0x700f0982. Microsoft has acknowledged that this issue is affecting both Windows 10 and Windows server version 1903. It is not known if any future fix will also resolve other error codes that users have received in the past. The most common error codes seen in the reports are 0x8000f081f, 0800f0845, and 0800F0845.
