Microsoft has started to display notifications asking Windows Insiders to schedule a call with Windows 10 developers in order to provide feedback about the Taskbar experience. Microsoft is currently scheduling calls on 05/01/2019 between 02:15 PM-04:00 PM PST and 05/22/2019 from 09:30 AM-11AM PST. The calls will not be recorded or saved and that each call should take approximately 5 – 10 minutes. In March, users were asked to call in about the ALT+TAB feature and in February about the Windows Update feature.
