Microsoft announced the arrival of a number of extra Microsoft 365 options and controls for organizations designed to provide them with better and stronger data privacy and compliance practices. Microsoft 365 is a software bundle comprised of Office 365, Windows 10, and EMS (short for Enterprise Mobility + Security) Microsoft Teams allows admins to create rules designed to automatically block users from sharing sensitive information via channel conversations or chat messages to effectively prevent accidental data leaks. Microsoft also updated and enhanced the Compliance Manager workflow-based risk assessment tool to provide organizations with the tools needed to meet regulatory and data protection requirements across all their data assets.
