Kim Dotcom, founder of file sharing site Megaupload, is appearing at North Shore District Court this morning for a bail hearing. Dotcom and three other men involved in the case are expected to apply for bail pending an extradition hearing. Lawyers representing the U.S. government have opposed bail for all four defendants. All four defendants will appear in court in New Zealand on Friday morning and will be extradited to the United States for an extradition request for the arrest of Dotcom.
