Jacob D. Robida, 18, was shot twice in the head after killing a police officer and his female companion in Arkansas on Saturday. Robida was shot at 3:38 a.m. Sunday at Cox-South Hospital in Springfield, Ark. He was critically wounded in the attack on a gay bar in New Bedford, Mass.
