A Magecart skimmer, discovered on the site of First Aid Beauty, was only just removed after being in place for five months. Skimmers are scripts injected into websites to steal data that s entered into online payment forms on e-commerce websites. With more than 89,689 monthly web visitors to the site, the potential scope of the breach is wide. Magecart, in operation since 2015, is a collection of groups blamed for an array of high-profile breaches from Ticketmaster to British Airways.
