Mac malware spies on infected users through video and audio capture

Morcut Mac OS X malware, also known as Crisis, was discovered by anti-virus products this week. The code includes hooks to control/monitor the following operations: mouse coordinates, Skype, Adium and MSN Messenger. Morcut-A was created with spying in mind, as it could read your private messages and potentially steal information which could be read by Skype and other apps. In short, if this malware managed to infect your Mac computer it could learn an awful lot about you.”]
