Japanese virus writer arrested again

27-year-old Masato Nakatsuji is accused of writing malware known locally as ika-tako (squid-octopus) The malware was spread via the Winny peer-to-peer file-sharing network. In 2008 he was the first virus writer ever arrested in Japan after distributing the virus. Back in 2008 he became the first person to be arrested in the country for distributing a virus in Japan. He is said to have told police officers he infected approximately 50,000 computers with the malware.”]
