ITIL Service Operation (SO) provides guidance regarding maintaining stability in IT Services. The SO module takes care of some very important responsibilities including the monitoring of services, the resolving of incidents, the fulfilling of requests and the execution of operational tasks. There are five processes that come under ITIL SO, which are- Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Problem Management and Access Management.
