Bank Indonesia (BI) confirmed today that a ransomware attack hit its networks last month. Bank Indonesia said the incident was mitigated before impacting public services. Ransomware-as-a-Service (RaaS) gang, Conti, has claimed the attack after leaking some files allegedly stolen from Bank Indonesia’s network. Conti claims the attack, leaks data, and has 13.88 GB worth of documents to leak if Bank Indonesia doesn’t pay the ransom. The FBI, CISA, and NSA US have also issued an advisory warning of an increased number of Conti attacks.”]
