Improving Incident Response

ENISA’s Marnix Dekker says organizations must gather as much information as possible to make informed decisions in order to respond to IT incidents more effectively. A recent report issued from ENISA focused on mobile- and land-based network threats and highlighted the benefits of information sharing. “This is the first time that incidents were collected at the EU level and fed back to the different countries,” he says in an interview with Information Security Media Group [transcript below]. Dekker works at ENISA on cloud and smartphone security.”]
