Huawei Gets 90-Day Reprieve on Ban

U.S. Commerce Department will grant 90-day reprieve to companies that conduct business with Huawei. The ban is designed to allow Huawei’s partners and customers to complete deals or negotiations before the ban goes into full effect. The Commerce Department is expected to publish the exemption list on Wednesday. Google reversed an earlier decision and announced Tuesday that it would continue to work with Huawei for now by providing services and technology, which includes access to the full version of Android, reports say. The move is seen as a way to ease some tensions as the trade war between China and the United States heats up.”]
