HSBC Bank is warning some of its U.S. customers that their personal data was compromised in a breach. The bank says it’s detected no signs of fraud; the breach appeared to run from Oct. 4 to Oct. 14. HSBC says the information that may have been accessed includes your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, account numbers and date of sale. The breach has all of the hallmarks of a “credential stuffing” attack, an expert says.”]
