SabPub Mac Trojan is spreading through infected Word documents. Trojan is made to look like an Apple launcher, with a similar name to a real Apple launcher called “PubSub” Authorised Apple Service Provider Amsys has made a tool available that can detect and remove the threat. The company also published a blog explaining how to find out if your Mac is infected with SabPub and remove it. It’s apparently a low level threat, but our story that Apple’s Java update is no protection against SabPub has a lot of people worried.”]
