Hotmail, MSN, Office 365, Hotmail and Office 365 “experiencing an outage” Microsoft says it was due to a domain name service problem. Google Docs was offline for about 30 minutes on Wednesday, and Blogger service was unavailable for the greater part of a day in May. Google has also seen its share of downtime with Blogger and Docs, which was offline on Wednesday for 30 minutes, and in May, Blogger was also offline for over a day.
