The U.S. government needs to do more on cybersecurity, experts at the RSA cybersecurity show say. The need for action hasn’t been more urgent since last year’s election, when Russia was accused of hacking US political groups and figures. Experts say the government is in a unique position to spark change that can reach out across the industry. The government should be pushing out more standards on IT security, based on guidance from the industry, says RSA CTO Zulfikar Ramzan. Experts at the show also brought up the urgent need for the government to train new cybersecurity talent which is scarce in today’s industry.”]
