Hacking in the name of the law

A German newspaper has published a report on a possible Trojan program. The software could be used to send data to an easily identifiable server. It’s not yet clear how the software will be installed or how it will be delivered to the public. It could be the first time we’ve seen a Trojan program like this in the U.S. It is not known how the program will be used by the public to access data from a public source. The report was published by the German National Institute of Software Development.”]
