Hackers have figured out how to remotely upload malware to a Fitbit Flex fitness tracker. Hackers will demonstrate a method for wirelessly loading malware onto the device tomorrow. Fitbit has known about the vulnerability since March, but the company still hasnt fixed it. The company says it’s focused on protecting consumer privacy and keeping data safe. In the meantime, maybe just leave that gadget at home, perhaps just leave it at home for the next few days.
