Hacker Halted is a global series of Computer and Information Security conferences presented by EC-Council. The objective is to raise international awareness towards increased education and ethics in IT Security. The event is currently in its 14th year and will be held in Miami on 25th and 27th October 2011. The aim of the event is to increase international awareness of increased education in IT security. The H@cker Halted | Academy, trainings and workshops are also present at the event, which is part of the series.
