Attackers are leveraging hacked Instagram accounts to tempt unsuspecting users with adult dating spam. For most of the hacked accounts, the compromise is all-encompassing. Users should implement a strong password and two-step verification (2SV) across all of their web accounts. For each breached account, the attackers change the associated passwords, and upload new pictures of a sexually suggestive nature, in addition to making other modifications to the accounts’ username. For some reason, some hacked accounts dont try as hard to close the deal.”]
