He says the Government is encouraging companies to put cyber security at the heart of their business and move away from a tick box attitude that has sometimes been apparent in the past. Charles took a first class honours in Computing Science from Glasgow University in 1985. He was appointed to the Board of Telecom Service Centres in 1998 and became Managing Director in 2000.
