Google Resumes Chrome Releases on an Adjusted Schedule

Google announced that Chrome and Chrome OS releases will be resumed on an adjusted schedule. The new release schedule is as follows: M83 will be released three weeks earlier than previously planned and will include all M82 work as we canceled the M82 release (all channels) Google Chrome development team is currently working remotely during the novel coronavirus pandemic. Chrome v81, the next stable release, is scheduled to be released on April 7. Google Chrome 80.0.3987.149 was released right after the company announced the delay, with security fixes for 13 high severity vulnerabilities.
