Google Play shares too much personal info, app developer says

An Android app developer says Google Play provides him with “TMI” — too much information — about his customers. The developer says he has no indication that this information is actually being transferred. Google’s privacy policy says, “We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Google when we have your consent to do so” Privacy experts say the practice puts privacy at risk, but Nolan is being “reasonable” to assert that users should be notified by Google Play that their information is going to the third-party developer.”]
