Google Chrome’s Settings page currently uses a centered columns containing a list of settings. The Chrome 76 Nightly build now uses a left hand navigation bar is in a fixed position. If you reduce the size of the screen, the navigation bar will disappear. I think this is going to feel like an arms race where each browser tries to outdo the other.Personally, I still prefer the Chromium-based Edge’s Settings layout where the search field only appears above the navigation field rather than taking up the entire width of the page.
