Google and EFF propose improvements to HTTPS as GlobalSign releases CA breach report

Certificate authority GlobalSign has released their final report on the security breach. GlobalSign took every action, exactly as they should have, both during and after the incident. Google and the Electronic Frontier Foundation are working on alternative proposals to fix the problem.
