Petya is an interesting low-level ransomware, but it is now under a new name – Goldeneye. The fourth version of the malware is being distributed by phishing e-mails, in campaigns targeting Germany. The threat will probably go global again, as the affiliate program for other criminals is going to be released soon. The high-level attack is deployed and the files are encrypted one by one.
