German Aerospace Center targeted by Self-Destructing Spyware

The German Aerospace Centre has been reportedly targeted in a cyber attack out “coordinated and systematic”, apparently launched by a foreign intelligence agency. The systems used by administrators and scientists of the space research center have been found to be infected with Malware and spyware software. The report says all operating systems that are in use at German Aerospace Center (DLR) are affected by the cyber attacks. The federal government categorizes the attack as extremely serious because among other things, the center gathers and reserves information on armament and rocket technologies.
