Forcepoint, Deloitte and Cerberus Sentinel all make cybersecurity deals. Forcepoint has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the U.K.-based security firm Deep Secure. Cerberus Sentinel has acquired managed security service provider Ground Control IT.
