Security experts suspect attackers obtained the images after compromising iOS device backups stored on iCloud. The FBI and Apple are investigating the release of hundreds of celebrities’ nude photographs and videos. Some of the images first appeared Aug. 31 on the anarchic 4chan image-sharing website. Apple says it has found no evidence of a breach in any of Apple’s systems including iCloud or Find my iPhone.
