Cloud note-taking service Evernote has been hacked. An unidentified attacker compromised the servers and extracted usernames, email addresses, and passwords. Users must change their passwords before they can log back in to their account. There is no evidence that any of the content you store in Evernotes was accessed, changed or lost. There are also several important steps that you can take to ensure that your data on any site, including Evernot, is secure. Never use the same password on multiple sites or services.
