Cyberwarfare experts suggest diplomacy and sanctions are the most effective method of slowing North Korean aggression. The poll moves the needle to a discussion around a devastating grade cyber attack. The idea of declaring a cyberwar against North Korea would be most effective it would need to be part of a global attack on North Korea, says DFL CEO at Forteabs.”]
