Cybersecurity has an imbalanced workforce that does not fairly and equally represent women, people of color and many other minority groups, (ISC)2 says. The workforce skills gap is becoming “more pronounced in cybersecurity” than in any other sector, the report says. Women of all experience levels earn significantly less than their male counterparts in cybersecurity roles, according to the report.
