DDoSCoin New Crypto-Currency Pays Users for Participating in DDoS Attacks

DDoSCoin: Cryptocurrency with a Malicious Proof-of-Work is a theoretical cryptocurrency that rewards a miner for opening a large number of TLS connections to target web servers. The new system will reward users who prove they have participated in a DDoS attack. Miners could then trade their cryptocurrencies for other, including Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, the researchers suggested. At the current, this paper is only a theoretical concept, and the DDoS crypto-currency currently does not exist.
