Data Privacy Day: Social media ‘private’ data is fair game for e-discovery in court

This Saturday, Jan. 28, is Data Privacy Day. Microsoft released new data from a survey of 5,000 people whose online behaviors and attitudes vary widely and how their actions impact their overall online profiles and reputations. 14% of people believe they have been negatively impacted by the online activities of others, even unintentionally so.
