Darcey Harrison is Avaya’s Vice President of Cloud Acceleration, North America. She will work with customers to ensure Avaya is the partner of choice for organizations adapting their businesses to the new future of work. Harrison comes to Avaya from UJET, a CCaaS solution provider for smartphone era CX, where she was the Chief Revenue Officer delivering over 100 percent growth. She is responsible for continuing expansion of new and existing customer adoption of the Avaya OneCloud communications and collaboration portfolio.
