Danger USB! Malware infects UN Nuclear Agency computers

Internal investigation finds some computers at IAEA headquarters in Vienna have been infected with data-stealing malware for months. No data from the organisation’s network has been affected, says a spokesman. The agency does not believe that the USB devices themselves were infected or that they could spread the malware further. But on this occasion, it appears that the malware was designed to harvest information from USB sticks as they were plugged into compromised computers. The intention wasnt to spread but to gather information.”]
