Cybercrime Groups and Nation-State Attackers Blur Together

Robert Hannigan: North Korea is a “rational state pursuing rational objectives” Hannigan was head of GCHQ, which is the U.K.’s signals intelligence, cryptographic and information assurance agency. He spoke at Infosecurity Europe conference in London about nation-state hacking and what it means for enterprise cybersecurity.
