Credit Union Sues Equifax Over Breach-Related Fraud Costs

Wisconsin-based credit union is seeking class-action status for a lawsuit against credit bureau Equifax. Summit Credit Union filed the lawsuit on Sept. 11 in federal court in Atlanta, home to Equifax’s headquarters.
