Kaspersky Lab found a malicious program for Windows that was apparently created by the same group responsible for SambaCry. CowerSnail was compiled using Qt and linked with various libraries. It was the common C&C server that both programs used cl.ezreal.space:20480 that suggested a relationship between them. This, along with the fact that C.C&C is being used by both programs, both programs strongly strongly suggests that both were created by same group.”]
