Brian Nichols is accused of killing four people in a rampage that shocked the nation last year. The Fulton County Courthouse where the March 11, 2005 massacre took place is slated to be held in a building that is attached by walkway to the courtroom where the shooting took place. Nichols was on trial last year for rape when he allegedly stole a court deputys firearm and fatally shot both the judge and court reporter before making an escape. He is also accused of the murders of another deputy who tried to pursue him and a federal agent.”]
