Survey: Majority of 1,200 respondents say they aren’t using personal health record (PHR) tool because they haven’t been exposed to one. Survey compared survey results from 2006 and 2011 to 2011: 7% of respondents reported ever having used a PHR. 15% of those who had been using PHR tool said they stopped using it because they didn’t want a record of sensitive health information or didn’t trust the security of Internet-based PHR sites. Google Health, Microsoft HealthVault, Dossia, Google Health and Google Health are leading PHR platforms.”]
