Charlie Miller on Mac OS X, Pwn2Own and Writing Exploits

Charlie Miller is a vulnerability researcher at Independent Security Evaluators. Miller discussed his approach to finding security flaws, his work on fuzzing applications, his plans for this year s Pwn2Own hacker challenge and his thoughts on improvements in Mac OS X. Miller declined to give a talk to Apple developers about software security. Miller: “I can t see how having a security expert visit and talk to you makes you look bad. I m working on something about trying to figure out if crashes are exploitable or not”””
