Bug Description: Currently running Ubuntu MATE 16.04.3 on HP Compaq 2230s. The main problem is causing the bug in the latest kernel, 4.4.0-108-generic (4.108.113) The Kernel Panic appears in the middle of the process and hangs. The workaround: Force shutdown the machine by holding the Power Button (and then turn on the machine again) This may be O.K. for the home user but in the business area this can be unpractical.”]
