Botched Mumsnet update allowed users to see details of strangers accounts

Mumsnet admits that a software update inadvertently allowed users to gain access to the accounts of other users who had logged in at the same time. Site only became aware of the problem on the evening of Wednesday 6 February, when a concerned user raised the alarm that they were able to view the details of a strangers account which included their email address, account details, posting history, and personal messages. The site says that the number of affected users is 44 (with two accounts being breached twice), bringing the total to 46.”]
