Vulnerabilities exist that could allow remote hackers to run malicious code on BlackBerry software. The flaw involves how BlackBerrys enterprise software handles TIFF image files on webpages, in emails, and in instant messages. The vulnerability has been rated as high severity according to a BlackBerry security advisory published last week. According to the advisory, the flaw involves handling TIFF images on web pages, emails and instant messages, and on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server software run by many firms.”]
