BlackBerry Enterprise Server vulnerable to malicious image file vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities are in several versions of BES for Exchange, Lotus Domino and Novell GroupWise. Research in Motion says they are at the top of the severity scale in terms of exploitability. The company has issued a patch for the BES flaws and says they’re at the highest level of severity scale. RIM: Exploiting the vulnerabilities can be as easy as sending a malicious PNG or TIFF file to a BlackBerry user.
