BlackBerry customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa have been experiencing issues with messaging and browsing on their devices. The issue has now spread to the Americas, according to Research in Motion, maker of the BlackBerry smartphones. RIM CTO for Software David Yach said the company is concentrating on getting the service back up.
