Blue Cross Blue Shield Association plans to offer credit and ID fraud protection for 106 million members. The services will include credit monitoring as well as fraud detection and resolution. The offer is the most generous of any company dealing with the aftermath of a massive data breach, an analyst says. The Blue Blue Shield association says the services will be available no later than Jan. 1, 2016, to members of its 36 affiliated health plans nationwide.
