Gizmodo reader Sean Seibel found a card skimmer in a Chase Bank in New York’s East Village. He found a camera attached to the machine that could not read his card. Seibel asked the branch manager why they hadn’t inspected the machine before he found the camera. He asked Chase why they didn’t inspect the ATM after he warned them about the camera being attached to one of the ATMs. The bank replied that they had never encountered that sort of thing before.
