NASA astronaut Scott Kelly has spent almost a year in space aboard the International Space Station. Mikhail Kornienko and Sergey Volkov landed in Kazakhstan at 11:26pm EST on March 1st or 10:26am on March 2nd in Kazakhstan time. Kelly set two American records, having chalked up the most consecutive days in space, at 340, and the most days spent in space cumulatively at 520. Meanwhile, Volkov has racked up 516 days in the space station.”]
